Key Features
Inverter MMA Technology
Uses modern inverter design for stable arc performance and more efficient power use.
Adjustable Welding Current
Smooth control from low current for thin materials up to high current for thicker joints.
Duty Cycle & Cooling
60 % duty cycle means the welder can work continuously for 6 minutes out of every 10 at rated current without overheating. Fan-cooled for improved heat management.
Portable & Lightweight
Compact and easy to carry, ideal for field work or tight spaces.
Protection & Safety
Built-in safety protections such as overload and thermal (overheat) protection help improve reliability and operator safety.
Accessories Included
Typically supplied with an earth clamp, electrode holder with cable, welding mask / lens, brush (varies by seller).
How It Works
The TB-200 uses DC MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding, which means it produces a stable DC arc suitable for stick welding with covered electrodes. It’s suitable for welding steel, iron, and similar metals using common MMA electrodes. Adjusting current allows tailoring heat and penetration for the thickness and type of metal being welded.
Typical Applications
🔹 Small-scale fabrication & repairs
🔹 Workshops and garage jobs
🔹 Construction site welding
🔹 DIY metalwork
🔹 Maintenance & patch work
